    • CDPH is no longer providing COVID-19 OTC tests directly. Alameda County Public Health will continue to provide no cost COVID-19 OTC tests and masks through December 2026 or while supplies last. ACPHD prioritizes the distribution of at-home OTC COVID-19 tests to organizations serving individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, or those facing persistent barriers to care. This prioritization also extends to those at high risk for severe diseases, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Elder Care, and Long Term Care Facilities (LTCFs), and organizations experiencing outbreaks. Persistent barriers to care may include economic, geographic, and language access issues, as well as individuals who are homebound, unsheltered, or experiencing healthcare coverage gaps.
