COVID-19 Vaccine Incentives Program

As of 1/26/22, the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency will no longer be issuing gift cards for COVID-19 vaccinations. A limited number of gift cards will be made available to 5-17 year olds returning for their second dose at the participating sites listed below.


Vaccines are proven to be safe and effective in preventing severe COVID-19, hospitalization, and death.

Visa pre-paid debit cards must be activated before use and can be used everywhere Visa is accepted, except at businesses whose primary goods and services are illegal to minors. Individuals must be ages 5-17 to receive a gift card. Individuals receiving booster shots, as well as Alameda County employees are ineligible to receive an incentive. Incentive Program will run until gift card supply runs out.
